Back in 2016, a partnership happened out of little more than shared interests and aligned values between two companies in the Client Experience (CX) space. Client Savvy, a 16-year-old client feedback innovation (technology platform and services) company, and CX Pilots, a CX consulting firm (CX management programs, executive counsel), decided to join forces—so to speak. Over the years, exceptional outcomes began to emerge from this partnership. The reason—the two firms together, represent, for the first time, a full-spectrum, best of breed solution set to an under-served marketplace.
The partnership has been a tight match from the get-go. Today, the two firms have met a milestone. They have joined together in a tighter alliance called the Client Experience Collaborative – to offer professional service firms unprecedented strategy, services, tools and the industry’s leading closed-loop feedback system.
Client Savvy, a highly respected voice in professional services verticals advises firm leaders how to get value from feedback. Thousands of A/E/C, legal and accounting firms seek their counsel to tap into their client and employee populations.
CX Pilots, on the other end of the spectrum, develops the industry’s most comprehensive managed client experience programs and supports firm execution of CX through a range of change management and organizational develop models. They focus on embedding CX into firm culture, while understanding how to address obstacles in embracing change.
Together, the Client Experience Collaborative (Client Savvy + CX Pilots) is working more closely with professional services firms to plan, adopt and manage outcomes from their CX pursuits.
